The one time molding processing range of rebar cage length is from 14m-27m. The intellectual welding manipulator, acquired proprietary intellectual property rights, is equipped on the machine. Compared with manual work, the machine can increase the productivity, save the materials and make a solid cage with standard contour. It is extensively applied to pillar grouting of large-span bridge and high speed railway etc.

7. Forward and reverse roll type straightening mechanism with characteristics of long service life and good straightening effect.
8. Controlling system consists of Panasonic PLC, Panasonic touch screen,ABB frequency converter.
